Complementary Therapy in Wirral
My name is Jan Griffin and I am a fully qualified complementary therapist specialising in a holistic approach to care and recovery.
You can experience any of the therapies I offer within my therapy room in Pensby or, when necessary, I provide home visits so you can relax and benefit from your chosen therapy, within the comfort of your own home within the Wirral.
I want to ensure a positive experience for you and I always work to complement any existing guidance from your GP, medical team, Mental Health team or Councellor so please continue with any prescribed treatments and allow Alternative and Energy practices such as Reiki, Reflexology or Aromatherapy to support your recovery.
Complementary therapies should never be used in place of orthodox medical care or medication. Always consult your doctor for medical care and diagnosis. Always advise your doctor or other healthcare professionals (Doctor, Midwife, Counsellor or other consultant) if you are receiving complementary therapy.

Most activity is a choice
We are the ones who make our lives more complicated than they need to be. There are, of course, some things we need to do but a lot of our activity is a choice. It’s fine to take things on, to feel stretched, it’s also fine to turn things down and to say no when that best serves us.
